Application & Admission Payments
Application, registration or admission-related charges may be non-refundable once processing has started, except where required by law or where an incorrect duplicate payment has been confirmed.
Duplicate / Excess Payment
If the same payment is successfully charged more than once for the same purpose, the payer may contact the institute with transaction references for verification and adjustment or refund where applicable.
Course Withdrawal
Any refund for course withdrawal, transfer or cancellation is subject to the fee policy communicated for that course, session and authorized centre.
Payment Gateway Failure
Where a payment is debited but not confirmed, the transaction should first be verified through the payment gateway or bank. Users should avoid making repeated payments until transaction status is checked.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are normally returned through an appropriate payment method after verification. Processing time may depend on the bank or payment provider.
